- For items-related issues, you can return the item if it covers the warranty period. In such cases, you have to return the warranty card with the product.

Clothing, Apparel, Sunglasses, Shoes & Accessories-
Returns and refunds are accepted for changing one's mind.
A refund will be given if ZMac determines that the item is wrong, incomplete, damaged, or defective. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and tag-free. Items that are discovered to be used will be rejected and given back to buyers.
A change of heart does not qualify for a return or refund:
Bags, Eyewear, Jewellery, Watches, Women's Intimate Apparel & Men's Innerwear-
A refund will be given if ZMac determines that the item is wrong, incomplete, damaged, or defective. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and tag-free. Items that are discovered to be used will be rejected and given back to buyers.
Products that cannot be returned include fine jewelry and all custom-made items (gold, diamonds, gems etc.)

Makeup, Fragrance, Moisturizers, Creams, Scrubs, Oils, Bath & Body Accessories, Personal Care & Health, Shapewear-
A change of heart does not qualify for a return or refund.
A refund will be given if ZMac determines that the item is wrong, incomplete, damaged, or defective.

A refund will be given if ZMac determines that the item is wrong, incomplete, damaged, or defective.
Please take note that we do not accept used product returns. ZMac will only accept returns for laptops with brand warranties if the product is dead when it is received (i.e. does not switch on completely). Please get in touch with the seller or brand warranty provider directly for details on the manufacturer's warranty if the brand seal has been broken or opened.
All software products marked "non-returnable" on their product details page are non-returnable.
