How to Register as a Customer
Follow these simple steps to register your account on Zmac.com.bd
First, click on the Register button in the upper corner.
- Put your details that are asked for the registration.
- A Verification code will be sent to your Phone message Inbox. (Please check & give the proper code)
- Click on the link, and your account will be verified.
- Now you are a customer of Zmac.com.bd & ready to go
How to place an order
By following some simple steps, you can place an order. They are given below:
- Identify your intended product from our Zmac website or Apps
- Select your desired shipping method & then click on ‘Buy Now’ from the product page if you just want a single product to order.
- If you want to add more products to the cart, click on 'Add to Cart'
- -If you add all of your intended products to the cart, then 'Go to Cart', here you can update/select/deselect the products you want to update/order/remove. -After that, click on the 'Proceed to Checkout ' button.
- If you have a coupon or voucher code, you can also use it.
- Before finalizing the order select a payment option & click the 'Confirm & Pay’ button,
Here Is The Payment System:
- There are a few payment modes through which you can pay. You can use your debit card, credit card, visa card, master card, Bkash, Nagad, and all the available online payment methods to pay for your items, you can also use affiliate funds for your payments as well.
How can I track my order?
You can easily track your order status by following some simple steps:
- -First of all, you have to log in to your 'Zmac account '
- Then go to ‘Puchase History' - view all.
- After that, click on the 'View Order Details' from the order list, that you want to track.
- Then click on the 'Track Package'
- Last of all the 'Track Package' brings you to the delivery page. From here, you can find updated information about your order
Shipping Rate and policy
The Shipping rates and policies are predetermined by the shipping service you are going to select. Different delivery companies have various rates for the delivery of the products. By selecting them you will know about the rates they offer. The rates mainly depend on the product's weight & speed of the delivery.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, you must cancel it within 1 hour after you place your order on 'Zmac'
-If you want to cancel it within 1 hour you have to log in to your account first and go to 'Purchase History'
- Select the 'More Action' - on the product that you want to cancel & next, select 'Cancel This Order'
- You have to give the proper reason why you want to cancel the order & then upon checking your cancellation will be processed.
- But if you miss the 1 hour time limit, then to cancel the order you need to contact the seller.
- After discussing with the seller, the seller will take the required action for your order cancellation.
Note: Please keep in mind, if you don't contact the seller after payment, your order cannot be canceled. Only the return option will be applicable after verifying the authenticity of your return request.
Wishlist
There are thousands of products in zmac & it is really a common thing to get lost while browsing the huge collections of products, so not to lose your favorite products you can put them in your wishlist, so that you can get back to them whenever you want.
- Just click on the "Add to Wishlist" button on your product page & it will be added to the wishlist.
- You can check on the wishlist from upper corner & after making a decision about the product you can either add it to the cart or you can remove it from the list.
How do I give feedback?
After ordering, go to your purchase history in the dashboard.
- there you will see an option called “Leave a Feedback”.
- Click on that button and you will be redirected to the feedback screen
- In the rate your experience section you will get 3 categories for feedback.
1) Positive- If the product is good and you are happy with it please select it
2) Neutral- If the product is good but you think it lacks something or if you are moderately happy with the product you can select the neutral option
3) Negative- If you don't like the product and you had a bad experience with it select the negative option.
- Also you can share your detailed experience in the “what else you add” section.
- In the "rate the details section", you can rate Item description, Dispatch Time, Shipping Cost & Seller communication individually. You can give a marking by selecting the value between 1 to 5, where 1 means poor service & 5 refers to the best service accordingly.
Providing Feedback to Zmac:
You can also provide feedback to Zmac directly with these simple steps:
- On all the pages in your dashboard you will find “tell us what you think” in the right upper corner.
- There you can fill up the survey like what you like the most/least about zmac & you can also suggest to us what we should improve.
Forget Password
What can I do if I forgot my password?
If you forgot your password, you could try to retrieve the password by following the below steps:
1. Click “Forgot Password”
2.Fill with your registered phone number and click.
3.Then you'll get a verification code in your mobile number's massage options.
4. Once you receive the code, just place it in the box.
5. After that you'll be able to reset your account password. Also you can enter your Zmac ID.
