How to Register as seller on Zmac:

Follow these simple steps to register your account as a seller on Zmac.

-Firstly click on the Become a seller button in the header.

- Click on the 'Join Now' button

-Put the details that are asked for the registration, then you will get an email verification link in your email (Please check spam if you don't find the mail in your inbox), after clicking on that link your account will be opened

After that input the other information that are asked, which includes your shop details and bank account details, please make sure that all the information here are 100% correct

- Pay the membership fee

- after paying the fee, please wait for approval & authority will approve your account as soon as possible

What to do after you become a seller:

1. List your item: to list your items go to product posting

List the items that you want to sell.

2. Sell with ease

Also, there is a value-added service called subtitle, by paying a minimum fee you can activate it & can generate more sales, the fun part is you don't have to pre-pay for this service, whenever you get an order through Zmac, we will automatically collect the subscription charge from that order payment

As a seller on Zmac, you’re protected by policies, monitoring, and our customer service team.

We’ve got powerful tools to help you manage your inventory, stock management, and orders, track your sales, and build your brand. 

4. Write a standout title

We’ll recommend search terms that buyers often use, so be sure to add these in the title to help your listing stand out.

Avoid all caps and focus on specific details like brand, model, size, and color.

5. Take high-quality photos

Snap your items from multiple angles in a well-lit place and capture any blemishes for transparency.

6. Set the right price

Add your stocks from the stock option, We will recommend a price based on recent sales of similar items.

You can even watch how other sellers are pricing their items or use Best Offer to negotiate and sell faster.

7. Pick a delivery/Shipping service

We provide recommendations and you have the full authority to choose your desired delivery service locally or internationally, you can add your desired shipping companies from the shipping option in your seller dashboard & after selecting your shipping if you submit it will go for approval & after the approval it will be added

1) Click on the product posting- Put the Title, the subtitle, the category of your product, which brand, how many SKU & the condition of the product

4) Then put your cover photo, other photos & description.

5) Select in which genre you want to put the product in 'featured' 'daily deals' or 'trending'

6) Select the availability, select the status & put the meta description & keywords.

and now you are done with the product posting.

You can check Pending Request, Resubmitted Request, Approved Product, Rejected Product, and All Product from the "products option". Also, you can get information about your orders from "Order Management". Also, you can check for payment from the "Payment" option, you can see the store feedback, check the product reviews, check your message, read blogs & articles and change your store settings from the respective options.

Wholesale



Wholesale:
Zmac also has the option to sell in bulk, to create the wholesale setting follow these steps.

  • Create a listing on your shop
  • After the creation of the listing go to the stock & shipping info option
  • Select the total quantity of the product available
  • then from the pricing section, you can determine what pricing you are offering for wholesale e.g. if someone orders more than 10 products in total you can sell the product at a wholesale rate.
  • You can also select local shipping or international shipping in the stock & shipping info section.

As a seller, when you sell your products online and deliver your services Protection is necessary. We know the fact. We are here to protect you from the rude behavior of buyers and from events that are beyond your control. Almost every month and when it necessary, we take action to protect all sellers from the abusive behavior of buyers.

We ask sellers to maintain some activities which help us to provide them protection. - Maintaining professionalism when dealing with buyers. - Providing all the services properly that they promise to customers. -Reporting abusive activities. -Reporting about events that they cannot control.

*Find out Abusive, enforcement and provide protection -Zmac has an abusive buyer policy that allows the seller to take action against them. - As a seller, you can find the 'Report a buyer' function. - When we identify an abusive buyer, we won't provide them any facilities like sending returns. -We’ll automatically remove feedback and defects when we find a buyer has violated our policy -Feedback and defects are removed when you cancel a transaction because a buyer demands something not offered in the original listing

*Postage and delivery protections Quicker automatic feedback and defect removal when an item arrives late but tracking shows you shipped on time Feedback and defects are also removed when severe weather or carrier disruptions cause the item to arrive late.

*Seller Protection for returns (used items or damaged by the buyer) Providing refunds based on the condition of the returned item — you can deduct 50% or more than it from the refund for lost value.
