Area Manager

Zmac is a new startup in the e-commerce Ecosystem. We are a fast-growing, ambitious and professional organization with offices in Bangladesh & UK. Our purpose is to provide the best quality products and services and create financial development for the youths hence developing the nation.

About the position

We are looking for an energetic and committed colleague in the role of Area Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to lead our acquisition marketing strategy and to improve our customer journey so that we acquire new customers.

As our Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team of customer acquisition officers and you will report directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation, execution, and management of value-add marketing services for the partner community.
  • Managing the Sellers that you onboarded, taking responsibility for the results in terms of;
  • Generating customer leads.
  • Reporting and monitoring of Revenue and Gross Margin generated with the program.
  • Reporting to all stakeholders regarding the operations.

Key Tasks:

  • Designing and improving programs and bringing them to execution.
  • Managing subcontractor(s).
  • Onboarding new sellers.

You have:

  • At least 2-5 years of experience as a Customer Acquisition Manager. Preferably, in a similar function.
  • Experience in people management
  • Have a bachelor degree
  • Experience with being responsible for similar lead generation programs.
  • Able to work with targets.
  • Able to create and execute marketing/lead generation plans to achieve targets.
  • Skilled at managing programs.
