- Pack the order you want to return very securely so that it remains the same as it was delivered to you. Please take a picture of the package before giving it to the shipping company, Damaged products won’t be refunded.
- Write your order and return tracking number on the outer side of the packaging, also send us the tracking number by collecting it from the shipping company
- Return it through your desired delivery service.

Getting Refund
Refunds:
- Refunds will be sent to your payment account within 7-10 days after your return is received by the company.
- You will receive the payment for the product; the shipping charge will not be covered by the company. Please do check before receiving your products from the deliveryman especially if it is electrical or fragile items, because after receiving without proper proof the refund/return request will not be validated.
