Returns

1. Sign in to my account
2. Select purchase history section and see all the orders.
3. Choose the item you want to return and click on return this item.
4. Select your desired method of return.
5. Pack the order you want to return very securely so that it remains the same as it was delivered to you. Please take a picture of the package before giving it to the shipping company, Damaged products won’t be refunded.
6. Write your order and return tracking number on the outer side of the packaging, also send us the tracking number by collecting it from the shipping company
7. Return it through your desired delivery service.

Valid Return Reasons:

1. You can return a product if it is defective, damaged, incomplete, has fitting issues, and doesn’t match the picture and description of the product, You must mention your authentic return reason to get a refund. A brief return policy is given below

1. Products should remain unused, unwashed, and unworn. For fashion products, you can check the fitting, it will still be considered unworn.
2. The product must have its original tags, freebies, accessories as well as warranty cards if provided.
3. Make sure you have all the documents related to delivery.

Clothing, Apparel, Sunglasses, Shoes & Accessories-

Returns and refunds are accepted for changing one's mind.

A refund will be given if ZMac determines that the item is wrong, incomplete, damaged, or defective. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and tag-free. Items that are discovered to be used will be rejected and given back to buyers.

A change of heart does not qualify for a return or refund:

Bags, Eyewear, Jewellery, Watches, Women's Intimate Apparel & Men's Innerwear-

A refund will be given if ZMac determines that the item is wrong, incomplete, damaged, or defective. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and tag-free. Items that are discovered to be used will be rejected and given back to buyers.

Products that cannot be returned include fine jewelry and all custom-made items (gold, diamonds, gems etc.)

Health & Beauty

Makeup, Fragrance, Moisturizers, Creams, Scrubs, Oils, Bath & Body Accessories, Personal Care & Health, Shapewear-

A change of heart does not qualify for a return or refund.

A refund will be given if ZMac determines that the item is wrong, incomplete, damaged, or defective.

Note: Please confirm whether the item is covered under Seller or Brand Warranty if device-related concerns arise after usage or at the end of the return period. 

Items that cannot be returned include all beauty services.

Laptops, Components, Processors, Projectors, Storage, Printers, Scanners, Headphones, Speakers, PC / Video Games, Gaming Consoles & Accessories, Software CDs - 

A change of heart does not qualify for a return or refund.

A refund will be given if ZMac determines that the item is wrong, incomplete, damaged, or defective.

Please take note that we do not accept used product returns. ZMac will only accept returns for laptops with brand warranties if the product is dead when it is received (i.e. does not switch on completely). Please get in touch with the seller or brand warranty provider directly for details on the manufacturer's warranty if the brand seal has been broken or opened.

All software products marked "non-returnable" on their product details page are non-returnable.

Items that cannot be returned include installation services and all sorts of cars.

Industrial and medical equipment-

Getting Refund

Refunds:

1. Refunds will be sent to your payment account within 7-10 days after your return is received by the company.
2.  You will receive the payment for the product; the shipping charge will not be covered by the company. Please do check before receiving your products from the deliveryman especially if it is electrical or fragile items, because after receiving without proper proof the refund/return request will not be validated.
